HD-418 is a four axis, lock cylinder casing drill press machine. It uses a semiautomatic feeding mechanism, which is composed of a clamping system and a pneumatic system. The length can be adjusted based upon the size of the lock case with the feeding mechanism. The machine uses an imported German ball screw, imported linear guide rail and a high precision spindle. Drilling on this machine is very precise and fast.
The controller uses a 32 bit RISC chipset, the processing speed is very quick, raising productivity.  A large LCD screen shows all the information and parameters of the current job and makes it easy to read and to manage. It comes with a larger internal flash memory and USB interface.
